All orders ship from our studio within 5 business days, unless special ordered or otherwise noted. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days after your order ships. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking/confirmation email. We ship via UPS ground and USPS, from our studio in California. If your order has special time constraints, please email poppypotteryart@gmail.com, and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Unless otherwise requested, we ship without signature requirements.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless items were damaged in shipping.

If a shipped product arrives damaged please send a photo to poppypotteryart@gmail.com so we can contact the shipping service and exchange your items. We take great care in packaging our items but accidents happen since ceramics can be quite fragile.

Please be aware that all of our items are handmade and there are slight variations in size and color.
